WEDLEY · THE WEDDING JOURNAL

A little clarity,
for the next chapter.

Eight practical worksheets for a wedding that is taking shape. Pencil first. Ink when it’s true.

Open your browser’s Print menu and choose Save as PDF or print the pages you need. Landscape A4 works best. Nothing you write on a printed copy is stored in Wedley.

These are blank planning worksheets, not a free trial or a file-import format. No email is required. Examples in our guides are fictional; use your actual agreements and confirmed guest details.

01 · THE MONEY

Cost agreed. Money paid. Balance remaining.

Record each actual payment separately. A scheduled payment is not money paid. Check the balance against confirmed changes and refunds.

02 · THE SUPPLIERS

Compare the same celebration.

Use one brief for every supplier. Write “not confirmed” instead of assuming an inclusion.

03 · YOUR PEOPLE

Invite together. Plan for each person.

One row per guest. Use a shared household label for people invited together. Only record personal information you actually need.

04 · THEIR PLACE

One place for everyone.

Confirm physical layout and safe capacities with the venue. This sheet is a guest-assignment aid, not a scale floor plan.

08 · YOUR SYSTEM

Choose what you will keep using.

A shared sheet may be enough. A dedicated app may suit you when the budget, guests and supplier records need to stay connected. Try a fictional task before choosing.

Wedley is a paid wedding journal. Free illustrated demos and a private invitation preview help you explore before purchase. It does not book suppliers, transfer payments or certify venue layouts.
